You always called me your work wifey - probably as we did so many presentations together for the NHS.
We laughed so much at such random stuff and I still remember those times - 20 years on!
You will be missed chicken xxx

How to start this... I loved Nick deeply. He was brilliant and funny and inspiring. We laughed so, so much. We often spent weeks at a time in each others company, and never ran out of things to say to each other or laugh at together. We had our own kind of language, such was the level of jokes and innuendos we shared! I remember when he met one of my in-laws, someone who I warned Nick was hard work and somewhat cold, and to not take it personally if they were rude to him... well of course, Nick brought them immediately out of themselves and the two of them spent hours talking and laughing. My family and I just watched in wonder. This was the kind of impact Nick could have on people. He certainly had a huge impact on my life. It broke my heart to see the pain he lived in and I wish there was more I could have done for him. The solace I take in his passing is that he can now rest in peace, leaving behind an indelible mark on my heart and the hearts of many. It may be a long time since we were together, but I will always have love for my "Nich". ❤️ Lucie xx

Rest easy Nicky Noodles! I will always remember you with a smile; your silly sense of humour, your northern ways, your love of a pint and a Marlboro Red in the nearest ‘Spoons!
Our time together was a lifetime ago now, but you were much loved by all who met you and I know that wherever you are, you will be surrounded by friends, listening to cool music, and making everyone laugh! Always in my thoughts, Clara Lou 😘 X
